Aham avero homi,
Abyapajjho homi,
Anigho homi,
Sukhi attanam pariharami.
Que yo esté libre de animosidad,
Que yo esté libre de aversión,
Que yo esté libre de enfado,
Que sea capaz de cuidar de mí mismo con felicidad,
May I be free from animosity,
May I be free from aversion,
May I be free from anger,
May I take care of myself happily.
Mama, matapitu, acariya, ñati, Samuha,
Que mis padres, maestros y familiares, Y todo el mundo,
May my parents, teachers and relatives, And everyone,
Avera hontu,
Abyapajjha hontu,
