Adopto la práctica de abstenerme de conducta sexual inapropiada

I undertake the training rule to abstain from sexual misconduct;

Adopto la práctica de abstenerme de mentir

I undertake the training rule to abstain from false speech; and

Adopto la práctica de abstenerme de tomar alcohol, drogas y otras sustancias que causan negligencia.
